Director Operations

Together with our team, you will manage operations, deadlines, and costs, provide leadership to Legal, IT, HR, and Finance departments, ensure budget compliance, and implement structures for growth.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines, costs, quality targets and permanently striving for operational excellence
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees from the Legal, IT, HR and Finance departments
  • Preparation of reporting with corresponding KPIs for the Operations division
  • Responsibility for adherence to budget and costs as well as timely initiation of countermeasures in case of deviations
  • Definition and implementation of structures with a view to further growth

Your profile

  • Completed business studies (e.g. MBA) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and management experience in a globally oriented company
  • Resilient know-how in the continuous development of structures and processes
  • Sound knowledge in dealing with ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; Spanish is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting leadership personality with conceptual strength, broad spectrum of methods, but also pragmatic will to implement and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness, combined with high personal integrity and loyalty
