Executive Operations Manager (m/f/x)

To support our team’s mission to proactively promote climate protection, we are looking for an Executive Operations Manager.

Your tasks

  • Analysis of relevant market developments and initiatives in international climate protection, including recommendations for action
  • Independent preparation and follow-up of concepts, presentations, decision papers and reports
  • Participation in the development of strategies and products
  • Advancing relevant new business areas by coordinating the involved managers and divisions
  • Assuming responsibility for coordinating, preparing and following up on or chairing of meetings
  • Ensuring deadlines and objectives are met by proactively following up with internal and external contacts
  • Supporting specific customer projects in cooperation with the division (Climate Strategy, Natural Carbon Solutions, Partnerships)

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in professional settings, including working with diverse and international teams
  • Masters in Sustainable Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong communication skills in an entrepreneurial context as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible and transparent manner
  • Analytical competence and demonstrable ability to work independently in a facilitating and results-oriented style
  • Sound understanding of the challenges of growing and remote teams
  • Proven confidence in direct contact with managing directors and senior decision-makers
  • Strong identification with the topic of climate protection combined with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required, German, Spanish and/or French an advantage
