Job description:
In close collaboration with the Chief Plantation Officer and the Agronomic, Research & Development Manager, the trainee will be in charge of the following activities:
- Support for the development of plantation procedures in accordance with current practices
- Construction of process control programs in accordance with newly created procedures (Evaluation / control of compliance with procedures)
- Study the UTZ and Rainforest certification standards and propose a two-year conversion plan
- Construction of field quality evaluation programs, in accordance with the terms of reference for agricultural tasks (Evaluation / control of the “gesture”)
- Develop and carry out training for workers on the production site
- Participate and lead the internal safety and health committee
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety Hygiene rules
Your profile:
- Quality Engineering Student or
- Agronomist Engineering Student
- Languages: Fluent Spanish mandatory, English a bonus
Duration:
- 5-6 months, starting asap
