We led the design of a climate mitigation project to protect mangroves in Costa Rica for the GIZ BIOMARCC project. Our services included the elaboration of project objectives and activities, stakeholder analysis, threat and vulnerability analysis, and carbon standard comparison and gap analysis. Additionally, we developed a Project Design Document (PDD) that outlined baseline development, stakeholder consultation, leakage calculation, and carbon storage estimation, ensuring a comprehensive approach to conservation.
